Day Trips by minivan: up to 6 passengers, in a new Opel Zafira. 9 Hours: 395 Euros. Add 40 Euros for each additional hour.

 

 

Day Trips by VW Bus: up to 8 passengers, 9 hours: 545 Euros plus 40 Euros for each additional hour.

 

 

Destinations and Itinearies: Naturally it's up to you where we will go! For example, to the Neuschwanstein Castle, about 90 mins SW of Munich. To get there and back, including a hike up to and a tour through the castle, and an hour for lunch, this destination (alone) takes about 8 hours (Munich, round trip).

 

For those interested in seeing a bit more, we can also go to the Linderhof Palace, in addition to Neuschwanstein (add 2 hours). Another suggestion is to go to Teegernsee and take the gondola to the top of the Wallberg (extra cost of 14 Euros per person) and then drive across the Bavarian countryside to Neuschwanstein. This excursion takes about 10 hours and would cost 450 Euros for up to 6 persons and 600 Euros for between 6 and 8 persons.
