Reservations and Advance Bookings
Thank you for your interest in our day trip to Neuschwanstein castle!
We have an "old school", personal (albeit sometimes slow) email-based reservation system. Please don´t worry if we don´t respond within a few days, unless your tour date is rapidly approaching! If you have questions, please refer to the information on the tours again first as well as our FAQs HERE, before sending us an email. Here is a photo of the most-likely reason we may not be able to get back to you immediately.

Please Titel the email as follows:
Day Trip Reservation + # of Persons + Date. Please include the date and number of persons AGAIN in the text.
You should receive a response from us within a few days. If you should however not receive a response within two weeks of you planned tour date you can, if you want to, call us at +49 89 255 43 987 or -988 (see dialing instructions at the bottom of this page).
Advance Payment for our Day Trips
Please DO “lock in” your reservation with your payment via PayPal or Visa or Master Card. For your credit card authoriziation you can either include it in your email (not very secure!) or call us at: +49 89 255 43 987 or send a fax to: +49 89 255 43 989.
For Credit Card Payments in Euros:
You must include the date of the tour, number of people coming, amount we should charge and your card number and the card's expiration date.
Peak Season Tours: 49 Euros for each adult, (please check the date and price here) For children under 14 coming along the price is 25 Euros.
Please don't forget to bring your confirmation/email from us on the day of the tour.
For Pay Pal Payments in US$ (please do not pay in Euros!)
If you are not familiar with Pay Pal, check it out at www.paypal.com. It is SUPER user-friendly and very secure.
Please note the payment with your name, number of persons and your scheduled tour date.

For payment for tours listed to cost 49 Euros, please send $63 for each adult and $32 for children.
Please do not forget to bring your confirmation from Pay Pal on the day of the tour, as it is your ticket!
Confirmation & Cancellation
If you should choose to not secure your reservation then we suggest you come by our shop, Discover Bavaria the day or evening before the tour. We are open until 8:00 p.m. For a map of our location go to our Munich Maps page.
If you choose to not pay in advance and cannot come by our shop on the day prior to the tour date, please call to confirm your reservation by no later than 8:00 p.m. on the evening prior to the tour date -

If you have made a reservation and later know that you are NOT going to come on the excursion for whatever reason, we would naturally appreciate your call or email to cancel your reservation!
